| Relay for Life |
On April 23, 2010, members from the Alpha Mu Chapter will participate in Relay for Life. Each participant is required to raise at least $50 to donate to the American Cancer Society. The Sigma Alpha participants will walk for up to 12 hours to provide funds to help fight cancer, in addition to celebrating survivorship.

| Other Philanthropy |
| In addition to Relay for Life, members from the Alpha Mu Chapter participate in other philanthropies. These include volunteering for Ag in the Classroom, the National Sigma Alpha Philanthropy, playing bingo at local area nursing homes, participating in campus related events, serving hometown communities, etc. |
